Alexandre Dupeyron, franco-german, is an independent photographer, graduated from the Emi-CFD, the only parisian school of photography specialized in photojournalism. He spent three years based in Morocco to cover the entire african continent, working on assignments, on commissions, creating stock images and corporate works.

Assignments & Commissions
Alexandre Dupeyron works primarily as a freelance photographer, working on assignment. He has been commissioned by a variety of NGOs, humanitarian and charitable institutions like Doctor Without Borders, Action Against Hunger, Care International. He notably exhibited a large work on Darfour conflict in Soudan, produced by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. This exhibition has been travelling to many places, such as the The European Council, the World Center for Peace in Verdun – France.
He has completed assignments for international publications, such as Le Monde, Le Figaro, Ouest France, The Guardians, The Observer, Der Spiegel, Stern, Trouw, De Groene Amsterdammer, De Morgen, The Financieele Dagblad, The African Report, Jeune Afrique, Afrique Magzine.
He has completed commissions for organizations as varied as Veolia, Group Safran, the Bouregreg Valley Development Agency.

Stock Photography
Alexandre Dupeyron produces stock photographs for corporate use. He just finished a big work in Burundi, Namibia and Central Africa for an international telecom brand, based in Egypt, called Orascom Telecom Holding. He made also an image bank of the most important harbor of Africa, Tanger Med.

Portrait
Alexandre Dupeyron is specialized in portraits of leading business executives, and brightest personalities in the world of politics, philanthropy and arts. Alexandre’s approach is based on creating the right intimate environment to get richer and more natural expressions.

Fine art
Alexandre Dupeyron also experiments Light Painting. He is painting with light, using the photography as the canvas. He is working since for years on a series with Yann Chatelin, a French painter and calligrapher based in Morocco.
